I had no heat. I was a new customer without a contract and they came out same day to look at my furnace. A competitor wasn’t able to come out until 3 days later so of course I chose Around the Clock. Maryellen, the office manager, was fantastic as well as the service person, Antonio. Mary Ellen was super kind and showed she really cares about the company’s customers. Antonio was very professional as well. He took the time to explain what was going on with my furnace and how he would fix it. I signed up for a contract and will only be using them in the future. Great customer service and work. Highly recommend. I am really impressed.
